* Great breakfast. All-you-can-eat style japanese breakfast (and a few western items), not too much variety, but good quality, delicious. * Good location. Yotsubashi Metro Line's Higobashi station exit 3 is right in front of the hotel entrance. Osaka/Umeda station and Midosuji Line are not far away by foot if you're so inclined. Hommachi/Crysta and Namba just a few stops away. * Nice part of town. There's a park and rose garden nearby, and the streets aren't too crowded in Edobori. Good food nearby. * Clean. Room cleaning was on point, bedsheets and towels were good. Though the room itself had some issues that some maintenance could fix (eg. the dust and such from the ventillator and AC grills)

Location. Just at the exit of a Metro Station. Breakfast. Given the price, it is good. Most choices are typically Japanese food but tasty. The grand spa. Though small, it is soothing especially after a day's walk. Good sound insulation.

The location is fantastic to be able to explore Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Being just outside Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi line, it's one stop to Osaka Station and a short ride to Namba for connecting trains or Dotombori. The double room we booked seemed quite small at first, but after the first night, we realised it was just the right size for what we needed. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help us when requested. They were very friendly and engaged with us in English when needed which was very helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in Osaka and we fully intend stay here again when we visit Osaka again.

The room was very clean, and comfortable, with clean well-designed bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style with both Western and Japanese foods. It was handy to have access to a communal microwave oven 24h. The onsen was great; separate male and female facilities. I loved the fact that it was all non-smoking. The hotel is conveniently located very close to a metro station. Staff were polite and helpful.

The location is so good. It is near the subway station. I always liked the higher room and it was always beyond my expectations. The first time I stayed here, I got the 29th-floor room and the view was so good! Although I could not see the sunset directly I could see the golden hour and it was so beautiful. The second time, I got a chance to see the sunset with the view of the Ferris wheel (although it was so far, I could see it).

- Location is very good. 1-5 mins walk from subway station exit - 7 Eleven nearby - Everyday provide free coffee and tea even if you don’t asked for room service - Bed is comfortable - Affordable price - Some reception staffs is very accommodating and friendly - Quiet

Room was just enough big for one night, if you want to stay longer I recommend upgrading to bigger room. It was right in front of metro station so convenient location.

The location is incredibly ideal. Exit 3 of Higobashi station is right in front of the door. Within a minute you're at Osaka station and the other way, a few minutes to Dotonbori. The staff is very friendly & the bed is one of the best in the business hotels I've stayed at.

I liked the view that I had from the room. The room had all the necessities, and the shower products were great, and I even bought them after the stay there. The size of the room was a typical japanese hotel room, but all the luggage fit easily.
